The Chia BASIC project, including its documentation, code, and related materials, are the intellectual property of Steven Stepp. The specific license terms will be determined and published when the project reaches a stable release.

8. Blockchain and Financial Risks

Using Chia BASIC for blockchain development involves inherent risks:

  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain transactions are typically irreversible
  • Cryptocurrency values can be volatile
  • Regulatory environments may change

You acknowledge these risks and agree to use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
